While I'm performing your home inspection, I'll be adhering to the Covid Safety Guidelines for Home Inspectors developed by InterNACHI (The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). These guidelines include keeping a safe distance from everyone during the inspection and are restricting everyone from being present at the house during the inspection. I will limit my movements within the house to only those areas that are absolutely necessary to complete the home inspection according to the InterNACHI Home Inspection Standards of Practice. I will take steps necessary to protect myself and you as well as everyone else in our community. Thank you for hiring me as your Certified Professional Home Inspector.
